REFUNDS, RETURNS, EXCHANGES, CANCELLATIONS
If, for any reason, you feel the need to return or refund a product, please note that we do not accept items which have already been used, except in the case of electronic items which prove to be faulty within 30 days of receiving your shipment.
If an item is unsatisfactory in your eyes upon delivery, we will refund your purchase if you pay to have the item shipped back to us.
If an item arrives damaged, we will happily replace the broken piece(s). We will cover shipping costs both ways. All we ask, is for you to simply ship the broken item back to us, at our expense, of course.

In most cases, we offer same business day shipping when you order by 5pm, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 5pm, Monday through Thursday, will be shipped the next morning. Orders placed after 5pm on Friday or on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.
We will ship all items on an order at the same time. In the event that there is an item that is on back order, the entire order will be held until such time that the back order item is available. In the rare event that the item you order is not available, you will be contacted by e-mail and Thermodynamix.ca will cancel the order.
SHIPPING METHOD AND COST CALCULATION
All shipments are sent via CanPar from Thermodynamix.ca’s Warehouse, located at Unit B43 – 1 Laird Drive, Toronto, Ontario, M4G 3S8.
All orders will be charged a variable shipping rate depending on destination location and the size of product(s) purchased. Our shipping charges for Canadian customers are calculated depending on the dimensional weight of an item and where it is being shipped to, and added to your checkout automatically.
Orders are shipped directly to the shipping address you have provided. Please note, we do not ship to PO Boxes.
Most Areas of Ontario should receive their order within 1 Business Day of it being shipped from our warehouse. Orders outside of Ontario should receive their order within 3-5 business days. Transit time may be longer to remote addresses.

What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you fill out your information for payment and delivery. This includes Credit Card information and the address of delivery. No personal information is ever stored on our website.
You can visit our site anonymously if you wish to browse our selection.
Thermodynamix.ca does not store any of your personal payment information whatsoever. This is managed by a secured and verified third-party payment processor.
What do we use your information for?
We use your Credit Card information to make a secure transaction at the time of your checkout. Your information, whether public or private, will never be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the sole purpose of delivering the purchased product.
We use your personal information, such as your address and email, to ensure your package is shipped directly to where you want it to go.
We do not save your email and will never send you marketing or promotional emails.
How do we protect your information?
We have been awarded the highest level of certification and verification from GoDaddy.com. We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you access your personal information. The entire payment transaction process is managed by a secured and verified third-party payment processor.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, rent or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us with online Credit Card transactions.

HISTORY AND MISSION STATEMENT
Thermodynamix Inc. was founded in January of 2015 with simple goals. We wanted to be ethical, to be competitive, to be trusted and to be responsive.
Thermodynamix Inc. is committed to running a responsible and ethical business, and this is reflected in numerous ways. Firstly, we absolutely refuse to interact with anyone under the age of 18 years old. Young minds are vitally important, and we see it as our number one responsibility to be proactive in enforcing an adult-only policy towards our customers. There is nothing more valuable than a developing brain and we will, more than anything else, ensure that only adults are able to view and purchase our products.
Secondly, we are environmentalists at Thermodynamix Inc. and the ecology is something that is always on our minds. We use brown, unbleached cardboard boxes for shipping and our packaging material is recycled, brown paper. Any plastic bubble-wrap that may find its way into the box is re-used from when our wholesaler shipped us the item initially. We kindly ask that you place all packaging material into the recycling bin.
Thirdly, every item for sale at Thermodynamix.ca has been researched for quality, and personally selected from a variety of wholesalers, ensuring that only the highest quality products are offered to you. If we have been made aware that a particular product is not up-to-snuff, we will either discontinue that product or simply not order it in the first place.
We hope to gain and maintain your trust through friendly and interactive customer service, by giving honest opinions and advice on our products, and by selling goods of only the highest quality. Our return policies are liberal. If for any reason you feel the desire to return a product you purchased from Thermodynamix.ca, please contact us and we’ll figure out a solution.
To be competitive, we have placed our prices at the low end of what our competitors charge on average, and we plan to maintain a fair and respectable price point for as long as we exist as a company. With the idea of longevity in mind, we don’t see a need to make huge profits in the short term, and our prices reflect that attitude.
Responsiveness is something we value and take very seriously. At Thermodynamix Inc., we answer emails after 5pm and on the weekends, as we understand that as an internet-based business, regular business hours do not necessarily apply to our customers.
